The construction method comprises the steps that 1) a light partition wall board is constructed on a supporting pile to serve as a waterproof base layer, and the light partition wall board and the supporting pile are connected through a reinforcing screw; 2) a fertilizer trough is backfilled; 3) the part, exposed out of the light partition wall board, of the reinforcing screw is cut off; 4) a waterproof material layer is laid on the surface of the light partition wall board; 5) a raft and floor structure is constructed, foundation bolts and a reverse wall screw are buried, and a guide groove for positioning a profile steel formwork is reserved in a reverse wall of the basement exterior wall; 6) a profile steel single-side supporting formwork is mounted and comprises the profile steel formwork, a support and a fixing device, the profile steel formwork is fixed to one side of the support, and the bottom of the support is fixedly connected with a basement bottom plate through the fixing device; and 7) the basement exterior wall is poured. Construction is convenient, fast and efficient, the construction period is shortened, the labor requirement is reduced, the forming quality and the construction speed can be improved, and underground water leakage caused by waterproof damage is avoided.
