The invention discloses a pavement system for a percolate guide blind pipe. The system is that a layered multi-ring rectangular-ambulatory-plane type pavement structure is added on the basis of the single annular permeating preventing system at the bottom of the traditional refuse landfill; new guide blind pipes are added and fully distributed in different area according to the area of a filling unit, namely, the refuse in paving is piled into slopes by layers according to the standard level while upwards piling to form the slopes after one layer fills in the whole filling unit, the refuse is compacted, and a first circle of guide blind pipes is paved in all parts, except the bottom after reaching a certain of stage; the process includes the excavation of a blind gutter, pavement of stone in the blind gutter, and pavement of the pipeline; the pipeline is provided with a hole and wrapped with a geotechnical cloth. The system can solve the potential problem caused by paving single blind pipe at the bottom part in advance, such as blocking and breaking; in addition, the percolate collecting pressure can be greatly reduced, the percolate retaining time can be reduced, the filled refuse can be conveniently digested and settled, and therefore, the stability of piling bodies under the field filling work can be improved.
