The invention discloses a percolate collecting system of a garbage incinerator. The percolate collecting system comprises a percolate collecting hopper, a slag leakage hopper articulated chute and a filtering and depositing tank, wherien the slag leakage hopper articulated chute is provided with a right-angle turning section turning downwards, the right-angle turning section is formed by connecting a horizontal pipe and a vertical pipe, a cleaning hole is formed in the top wall of the horizontal pipe, a lifting cage type filter screen is detachably installed in the vertical pipe, and the filtering and depositing tank is provided with a feeding port and a liquid discharging port. According to the percolate collecting system, the lifting cage type filter screen convenient to disassemble is arranged on the slag leakage hopper articulated chute to filter leachate, the filtered leachate flows to a filtering and settling tank below through a pipeline, and after the multi-stage settling and filtering through the filtering and settling tank, the leachate is discharged to a leachate pool through a pipeline and finally discharged to a waste water treatment workshop to be treated. The system can reduce the conditions of stokehole leachate collection pipeline blockage and odor and toxic gas overflow in the overhauling and cleaning process, reduce the maintenance cost of a garbage power plant, and improve the working environment quality and the safety of operators.
