The invention relates to a sewer sewage treatment device which comprises a radial locking device and a sewage clearing device. The radial locking device comprises a top cover, a locking box, a hydraulic cylinder, a flange, a fixing block and four locking branched chains, wherein the top cover comprises a cross cover plate, an upper T-shaped installing column and four sector blocks I. The locking box comprises a cross box body, a lower T-shaped installing column and sector blocks II. The lower end of the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the locking box, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a flange through threads. The fixing block is connected with the flange through a bolt. The four locking branched chains are respectively installed on the locking box. The sewage clearing device comprises a parallel-connection supporting platform, a water suction pump, a lug seat II, a positioning frame, an electric push rod, a square limiting block, a limiting spring II, a pipe clamp, a water inlet pipe and a water suction spray head. The sewer sewage treatment device achieves a function of automatically and quickly clearing sewer sewage and has the advantages of being simple and convenient to operate, low in labor intensity, high in working efficiency and the like, and meanwhile good health of operators is also ensured.
