The invention relates to the field of wastewater discharge, and particularly relates to a sewer sewage treatment device. The sewer sewage treatment device comprises a box body fixedly arranged on thetop surface of a sewer, wherein an air pump is arranged in the box body; a motor is arranged in the box body; a transmission cavity is formed in the box body; the motor is in power connection with a motor shaft forwards extending to the transmission cavity; the motor shaft is fixedly provided with a fixing plate in the transmission cavity; and the front side of the fixing plate is provided with agearwheel fixedly connected onto the motor shaft. The sewer sewage treatment device provided by the invention has the advantages that garbage flushed by rainwater in the sewer can be fished; the occurrence of sewer blockage conditions is avoided; and meanwhile, large blocks of sludge can be crushed, so that the sludge can be more easily flushed away when the water quantity is great.
