Pouring method for cast-in-place light heat preservation and sound insulation filler wall
The invention discloses a pouring method for a cast-in-place light heat preservation and sound insulation filler wall. The method comprises the following steps that a glass gridding cloth is bound to rivets on the surfaces of two formworks, the tops of the two formworks are provided with an exhaust hole and a feeding hole respectively, the two formworks with the glass gridding cloth are erected on the two sides of the structural position of the filler wall where the concrete structure is located, one end of a foam concrete conveying pipe is inserted into the bottom of an inner cavity between the two formworks through the feeding hole, and a foam concrete conveying pump is started to pour foam concrete into a cavity body defined by the two formworks through the foam concrete conveying pipe. The foam concrete conveying pipe inserted into the feeding hole is pulled outwards while the foam concrete ascends inside the formworks. Finally, when the foam concrete rises to reach the lower surface of the upper layer body concrete structure, the foam concrete conveying pipe is completely pulled out from the feeding hole while foam concrete pouring air is exhausted along the exhaust hole. By the adoption of the pouring method, the integrity of the wall is good.
