Replaceable energy consuming beam
The invention discloses a replaceable energy consuming beam. Compared with a common beam, the replaceable energy consuming beam is divided into multiple sections which are connected by replaceable energy consuming components; the replaceable energy consuming components are connected to the upper wing edge and the lower wing edge of the energy consuming beam by high-strength bolts, and arranged symmetrically; the center of rotation of the section of the energy consuming beam is positioned in the center of the section of the energy consuming beam, and according to the arrangement, the energy consuming components can be positioned in a place where a frame is exposed and other places where the energy consuming components are easy to check and replace; under the expected earthquake action, the beam sections keep elastic or slightly plastic, the damage is concentrated onto the energy consuming components, and after an earthquake, through the replacement of the energy consuming components, the normal use function of the structure is recovered. The energy consuming components can adopt angle irons, steel plates, steel channels and the like. The angle irons serving as energy consumption components are taken as example, in the energy consuming beam, the macro bending moment on the energy consuming beam is converted into an angle iron axial force, and the angle irons are taken as concentrated energy consuming components. Due to the mutual restraints of two legs of the angle irons, the bending is inhibited to a certain degree, and the hysteresis energy dissipation is stable. The seismic replaceable performance of part of components in the structure can be achieved; the normal use function of the structure can be recovered; the seismic rehabilitation time and economic loss are reduced; the replacement is simple and convenient.
