Replaceable energy-consuming connecting assembly for connection of assembled building beam column
The invention relates to a replaceable energy-consuming connecting assembly for connection of an assembled building beam column. The assembly comprises a cross beam and a column. A cavity is formed ina connecting position, corresponding to the cross beam, of the column, a connecting device is fixedly mounted in the cavity, the cross beam is connected to the column through the connecting device, the connecting device comprises a box body, a horizontal piston cylinder is arranged in the box body, the left and right ends of the piston cylinder are sealed, a vertical round plate is fixedly and hermetically mounted in the middle of the piston cylinder, a first piston is arranged on the left side of the round plate, and a second piston and a second piston are successively arranged on the rightside of the round plate from left to right. By converting displacement generated by an earthquake which drives the cross beam relative to the column into momentum of a liquid and consuming the momentum of the liquid by an energy consuming device, vibration caused by the earthquake can be reduced. The moving speed of the liquid is delayed through a first spring and a second spring, so that the moving speed of the liquid in the device cannot be synchronized with the first piston. The liquid is delayed in reaction to counteract the acting force which drives the first piston to move, so that vibration caused by the earthquake can be alleviated more effectively.
装配式建筑梁柱连接可更换耗能连接组件,包括横梁和立柱,立柱对应横梁的连接位置处开设空腔,空腔内固定安装连接装置,横梁通过连接装置与立柱连接,连接装置包括箱体,箱体内设置水平的活塞缸,活塞缸左右两端封口,活塞缸内中部固定密封安装竖直的圆板,圆板左侧设置第一活塞,圆板右侧从左至右依次设置第二活塞和第三活塞。本发明通过将地震带动横梁相对于立柱产生的位移转化成液体的动量,通过耗能装置消耗液体的动量,从而能够达到降低地震带来的震动,通过第一弹簧和第二弹簧延缓液体的移动速度,使本装置内液体的移动速度无法与第一活塞同步移动,液体将延迟反应,抵消带动第一活塞移动的作用力,从而更加有效的缓解地震带来的震动。
