The invention discloses a decoration composite plate of a foamed heat preservation structure. The decoration composite plate comprises a foamed heat preservation plate, a decoration surface plate and a clamping groove plate of a U-shaped structure. The decoration surface plate is attached to the foamed heat preservation plate. A reinforcing layer parallel to the surface of the foamed heat preservation plate is arranged in the foamed heat preservation plate. A groove is longitudinally or transversely formed in the foamed heat preservation plate. The clamping groove plate is arranged in the groove of the foamed heat preservation plate. The bottom of the clamping groove plate makes contact with the reinforcing layer. The U-shaped opening of the clamping groove plate corresponds to the bottom of the decoration surface plate. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the decoration composite plate of the foamed heat preservation structure. The clamping groove plate of the U-shaped structure is installed in the groove, a clamping plate of a hanging piece is clamped on the clamping groove plate, an installation plate of the hanging piece is fixedly connected with a building external wall through a bolt, tensile force of the hanging piece is exerted on the reinforcing layer and the decoration surface plate attached to the clamping groove plate through the clamping groove plate. The overall force borne by the decoration composite plate is more uniform, the overall strength is enhanced, and installation is firmer.
