Heat preservation decoration plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a heat preservation decoration plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The heat preservation decoration plate comprises a heat preservation layer and a decoration layer arranged on one outer side surface of the heat preservation layer, wherein the heat preservation layer and the decoration layer are integrally formed; the heat preservation layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of sepiolite powder, 10-15 parts of crushed crude pearlite, 30-40 parts of glass powder, 5-10 parts of bentonite, 2-3 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.1-1 part of charcoal, 2-3 parts of sodium phosphate, 2-3 parts of silicon carbide, 2-3 parts of borax and 25-35 parts of water. According to the technology that the decoration layer and the heat preservation layer are integrally pressed into a blank and then the blank is burnt, the decoration layer and the heat preservation layer are integrally combined, so that the two layers are firmly connected, and the heat preservation decoration plate has heat preservation and heat isolation functions and also achieves an effect of decorating an external wall; furthermore, raw materials selected for the heat preservation layer and the decoration layer are matched, so that the heat preservation decoration plate is light in mass and better in fireproofing and heat preservation and isolation effect.
