A silencing decorative plate comprises a plate body, silencing materials are arranged on the surface of the plate body, and an adhesive layer is arranged between the plate body and the silencing materials. The silencing materials can be aluminum foil or rubber. The silencing decorative plate can be mounted on a roof, or the outer side of a house or a ceiling of a security window in the decoration process, and therefore when it rains, even small sound can be filtered out, even if hail falls, sound cannot be too high, and harsh sound to people is avoided.
