The invention discloses an all-time dropping prevention device of three-dimensional mechanical parking equipment. The all-time dropping prevention device comprises a supporting frame, a lifting vehicle carrying board, a translational vehicle carrying board, a working rope chain, a first roller and a power system, wherein the first roller and the power system are arranged on the supporting frame. The upper end of the working rope chain is connected to the first roller. The supporting frame is provided with a protective roller. Protective rope chains which are lifted synchronously with the working rope chain are arranged beside the working rope chain. The lower ends of the protective rope chains are both installed on the lifting vehicle carrying board. The upper ends of the protective rope chains are both connected to the protective roller. The power system drives the first roller and the protective roller to rotate. When the parking equipment normally operates, the protective rope chains do not bear loads. When the working rope chain fails, the protective rope chains bear all the loads, and braking and warning are performed. The all-time dropping prevention device of the three-dimensional mechanical parking equipment can perform safety protection on the parking equipment during all working time, thereby greatly reducing potential safety hazards of the three-dimensional mechanical parking equipment.
