본 발명은 자동차를 운반해주는 운반기가 출입구에 도착하지 않은 상태에서 예기치 못한 상황으로 인해 자동차가 돌진하여 주차건축물의 바닥으로 추락하는 것을 막아주며, 부품의 유지보수 및 화재 안전성이 좋은 기계식 주차설비용 자동차 추락 방지장치에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 주차건축물의 출입구 주변으로 지면에 형성되는 삽입공간에 설치되며, 주차건축물의 주차공간으로 자동차를 운송해주는 운반기가 출입구에 위치되었는지의 여부 및, 운반기가 위치되는 출입구가 개폐문에 의해 개방되었는지의 여부를 판단하는 제어부에 제어되어, 운반기로 자동차의 진입을 허용 및 차단해주는 기계식 주차설비용 자동차 추락 방지장치에 있어서, 삽입공간에 설치되며, 개방구멍이 외면에 형성된 케이스와;, 케이스의 내면에 설치되어 제어부에 제어되며, 피니언 기어가 구비된 구동모터와;, 지면과 수평을 이루는 방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 피니언 기어에 치합되며, 수직부가 외면에 형성된 랙기어와;, 개방구멍에 가까운 수직부의 한쪽에 설치되는 안내부재와;, 케이스의 내면에 설치되며, 랙기어를 안내하는 가이드홈이 외면에 형성된 가이드부재와;, 케이스의 내면에 나란하게 한 쌍으로 설치되며, 외면에 제1힌지부가 형성되고, 제1힌지부에 힌지축이 설치되는 수직프레임과;, 힌지축에 회전되게 설치되는 제2힌지부가 내면에 형성되고, 안내부재에 밀착되어 안내되는 경사부가 경사지게 내면에 형성된 스토퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a vehicle falling prevention device for a mechanical parking facility, which can prevent a vehicle from falling to the ground of a parking building by rushing forward due to an unexpected circumstance in a state in which a carrier to carry the vehicle is yet to arrive at the entrance, and may facilitate ease in maintenance and repair of components and provide excellent fire safety. In particular, the present invention relates to the vehicle falling prevention device for a mechanical parking facility, which is installed at the insertion space formed at the ground surface around the entrance of the parking building, in order to be controlled by a control unit which determines whether the carrier, which carries a vehicle to a parking space of the parking building, is located at the entrance, or whether the entrance at which the carrier is located is opened by an opening and closing door, thereby allowing and blocking the entrance of the vehicle to the carrier. To this end, the vehicle falling prevention device comprises: a case which is installed at the insertion space, and has an opened hole formed on the outer surface; a driving motor which is installed at the inner surface of the case to be controlled by the control unit, and has a pinion gear; a rack gear which is geared with the pinion gear to be moved in a direction horizontal to the ground surface, and in which a vertical unit is formed at the outer surface; a guiding member which is installed at one side of the vertical unit close to the opened hole; a guide member which is installed at the inner surface of the case, and has a guide groove formed on the outer surface to guide the rack gear; a pair of vertical frames which are installed to be in parallel with the inner surface of the case, and have a first hinge unit formed on the outer surface, and a hinge shaft installed at the first hinge unit; and a stopper which has a second hinge unit formed on the inner surface to be rotationally installed at the hinge shaft, and has an inclination unit, which is guided by coming in close contact with the guiding member, formed in an inclined manner on the inner surface.
