The invention provides a track steering wheel. A base plate for track steering is movably connected with a tray through a middle shaft positioned in the middle; a planar bearing is mounted between the base plate and the tray; two spaced track joints are fixed above the tray; a driving device is mounted on one side of the tray; and a transmission wheel of the driving device is connected with the tray through a transmission belt in a transmission manner. During the use, the track steering wheel can be integrally placed at a corner of a running track to be steered; after a small rail car runs to the track joints above the tray, the driving device drives the tray to adjust the direction, so that the aim of easy steering is achieved.
