The invention provides a silicon carbide ceramic heat sink. The silicon carbide heat sink comprises a silicon carbide main body, wherein the silicon carbide main body has a porous structure, the main body is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface is a hot source contact surface, and the porosity of holes is gradually increased from the first surface to the second surface.
