A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Method for producing a thermally insulating mixture
Disclosed is a method for continuously producing a thermally insulating mixture, comprising silicic acid particles (A) and opacifier particles (B), in which a pre-mixed flow comprising a carrier gas (D), silicic acid particle (A) and opacifier particles (B) is introduced into a fine impact mill (E), in which the pre-mixed flow is ground, mixed, and the solid is subsequently separated from the gas flow (D).
