METHOD FOR PRODUCING A THERMALLY INSULATING MIXTURE
운반 기체 (D), 규산 입자 (A) 및 불투명화제 입자 (B)를 포함하는 예비-혼합된 유동을 미세 충격 밀 (mill) (E)에 도입하여, 예비-혼합된 유동을 분쇄, 혼합하고, 이어서 고체를 기체 유동 (D)으로부터 분리하는, 규산 입자 (A) 및 불투명화제 입자 (B)를 포함하는 단열 혼합물의 연속 제조 방법을 개시한다.
Continuously producing a thermally insulating mixture comprising silicic acid particles and opacifier particles, comprises introducing a premixed flow comprising a carrier gas, the silicic acid particle and the opacifier particles into a fine impact mill, grounding and mixing the premixed flow, and then separating a solid from the gas flow. Independent claims are included for: (1) a powdered mixture for thermal insulation obtained by the method; and (2) a powder-fiber mixture comprising the powdered mixture, and 2-10 wt.% of fibers.
