The system comprises a water collecting surface, a coarse filtration device, a rain discharging device, a water storage pool and a slow filtration pool, the rain collecting surface is connected with the rain collecting tank of the coarse filtration device, the water outlet of the coarse filtration device is connected with the water inlet of the rain discharging device, the water outlet of the rain discharging device is connected to the water storage pool, the water outlet of the water storage pool is connected with the water inlet of the slow filtration pool, and the water outlet of the slow filtration pool is connected to a user's water pipeline. Water goes through the coarse filtration device, the rain discharging device, the water storage pool and the slow filtration pool, and is stored and then slowly filtered, so secondary pollution caused by improper storage is avoided, the water drainage pollution of the water storage pool is reduced, and the quality of water is optimized; the biological slow filtration pool does not need a coagulant or a disinfectant, so the water treatment process is ecologic and environmentally friendly, thereby the cost is saved, the launch workload is reduced, the construction scale is small, and the cost is low; and the system also has the advantages of good purifying effect, convenient local material use, and realization of miniaturization and micromation.
