The invention discloses a roof rainwater collecting and purifying system. In an initial stage, rainwater is retained in an emptying pipe at the lower part of a collecting pipe and is discharged after rain stops, the rainwater is filtered by a stainless steel screen after the initial rainfall stage, and impurities in the rainwater are deposited to the bottom of the hydraulic cyclone separation device under the action of spiral flow. And after the impurities at the bottom are accumulated to a certain degree, the piezoelectric actuator opens the bottom valve, and the impurities are discharged. And an upper electromagnetic valve and a lower electromagnetic valve are arranged on a pipeline for connecting the sterilizing device and the high-level water storage tank. The upper electromagnetic valve is used for automatically feeding water and automatically closing a pipeline after the water level of the water tank meets requirements; when the lower electromagnetic valve detects that the water level in the disinfection device is low, the pipeline is closed so as to deal with damage to the pipeline and the device caused by continuous working of the upper electromagnetic valve when the rainwater supply is insufficient, and finally the outlet water is used as urban miscellaneous water. The roof rainwater is collected, treated and utilized, the purpose of rainwater resource utilization is achieved, and the roof rainwater recycling system has a feasible practical value and a wide application prospect.
