The invention relates to a regeneration concrete multiple stirring process, which comprises: adding 0.75-2.25 parts by weight of natural coarse aggregate, 0.70-4.00 parts by weight of fine river sand, 0.40-0.90 part by weight of an active addition and 0.50-0.70 part by weight of tap water to a compulsory concrete stirrer to carry out first stirring; adding 1 part of cement to carry out second stirring to obtain a cement slurry; adding 0.80-0.90 part of a water reducer to carry out third stirring; adding 1.75-5.25 parts of recycled coarse aggregate to carry out fourth stirring; and finally adding 0.10-0.30 part of a nanometer material to carry out fifth stirring to prepare the regeneration concrete, wherein the five stirring speeds are controlled at 60-200 rotation/min, and the five stirring times respectively are 20 s, 40 s, 30 s, 100 s and 60 s. According to the present invention, compared with the conventional concrete stirring process, the process of the present invention is more stable; and the obtained regeneration concrete has characteristics of high strength and good durability.
