The invention discloses a BIPV lightweight thermal insulation concrete stirring process, and relates to the field of building materials. 425 cement, fly ash, fine sand, polyphenyl particles, water, a water reducing agent, an air entraining agent, HPMC cellulose ether, redispersible latex powder, an accelerator and modified polypropylene fibers are orderly added into a vertical shaft planetary variable frequency stirrer, and by changing variable frequency parameters of the stirrer, the polypropylene fibers, the redispersible latex powder, the HPMC cellulose ether and the polyphenyl particles can be fully and uniformly stirred. By improving the defects of poor dispersity, poor adhesiveness with a matrix and the like of existing polypropylene fibers, the lightweight concrete stirred by the stirring process can achieve the effect that the inner and outer surfaces of a wallboard are free of cracks, the compressive strength of the lightweight concrete is enhanced, the surface flatness of a product is improved, the appearance of the product is enhanced, the product percent of pass is improved, generation of wallboard construction waste is reduced, and environmental protection is achieved.
