Cement mortar for filling well cementation
The invention provides cement mortar for filling well cementation. The cement mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95-105 parts of cement, 19-21 parts of fly ash, 145-155 parts of sand, 34-36 parts of water, and a pumping agent accounting for 1.15-1.25% of the total weight of the cement, the fly ash, the sand and the water. The specific weight of the cement mortar for filling well cementation is greater than that of a cement paste, so that the cement mortar for filling well cementation is relatively big in divergence angle during replacement of slurry and relatively good in filling quality, and moreover, the cost is lower than that of single cement paste filling; and meanwhile, the cement mortar for filling well cementation, provided by the invention, is also relatively good in fluidity, and can completely meet rheological property requirements for filling well cementation. The properties of strength, collapsbillity, expansion degree, setting percentage, flowing time and the like of the cement mortar for filling well cementation, provided by the invention, can meet requirements, so that when the cement mortar is applied to a whole well cementation operation, the process is safe and smooth, the replacement is smooth, well leakage is avoided, the filling quality is good, and the actually measured filling setting percentage is 97.8%; and after wall back filling quality detection, the complete well deviation value is 48mm, the deflection rate is 0.0102%, and the effective circle diameter phi is 6.91m.
