The invention provides in-situ ductile well cementation cement and well cementation cement slurry and a preparation method thereof, the in-situ ductile well cementation cement comprises cement clinker and gypsum, the cement clinker comprises the following minerals by mass: 46-60% of tricalcium silicate, 20-30% of calcium silicate, 20-30% of calcium silicate, and 20-30% of gypsum; 20 to 30% of dicalcium silicate; 1 to 2.5% of tricalcium aluminate; and 17-23% of tetra calcium aluminoferrite. According to the in-situ tough well cementation cement provided by the invention, the content of tetracalcium aluminoferrite is increased by changing the composition of the mineral content of oil well cement, the tetracalcium aluminoferrite additionally added in the high-tetracalcium aluminoferrite cement can play a role of a nucleating agent, and the hydration reaction of the cement is accelerated. After tetra calcium aluminoferrite is additionally added to a cement matrix, original partial pores are filled with tetra calcium aluminoferrite particles, so that the pore structure of the high-tetra calcium aluminoferrite cement is optimized, the mechanical property of the cement matrix under the stress effect is further improved, and the toughness of set cement is enhanced.
