Ceramic water filter core and preparation method thereof
The present invention provides a ceramic water filter core and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic water filter core is made of the following components in weight percentage: 30-60% of Chinese medical stone, 18-25% of clay, 7-15% of calcium oxide and 15-30% of quartz. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) preparing the above components in proportion, mixing up the components and then refining the obtained mixture in a refining machine to obtain petuntse; (2) manufacturing and molding; (3) firing at a firing temperature of 1050 to 1150 DEG C for 4-6 hours; (4) polishing the surface of the filter core; (5) testing, packaging and warehousing the filter core. According to the invention, the ceramic water filter core is mainly made of Chinese medical stone, clay, calcium oxide and quartz, and is capable of absorbing, filtering, purifying, activating and mineralizing water. Meanwhile, the ceramic water filter core has the antibacterial and antimicrobial function, and is durable, easy to clean and convenient to use. By means of the ceramic water filter core, the common water is converted from acidic water into weak alkalinity water, thus being beneficial to the human health. Due to the adoption of the ceramic water filter core, water is most healthy for people to drink. A waterer prepared by the above filter core can be widely applied to households, hotels and other common places.
