The invention provides a composite ceramic filter. The composite ceramic filter comprises a coarse-grain ceramic body and a fine-grain ceramic wrapping layer wrapping the surface of the coarse-grain ceramic body, the grain size of the fine-grain ceramic wrapping layer is smaller than 0.2 microns, the grain size of the surface of the composite ceramic filter can be reduced, the dielectric constantof the composite ceramic filter is increased, and due to the existence of the fine-grain ceramic wrapping layer, the compactness of the surface of the composite ceramic filter can be improved, and thesurface roughness of the composite ceramic filter can be reduced. The invention also provides a preparation method of the composite ceramic filter. The method comprises the following steps firstly, preparing a coarse-grain ceramic blank and a nano process solution, soaking the coarse-grain ceramic blank in a nanometer process solution so that the surface of the coarse-grain ceramic blank is completely covered by the nano process solution, taking out and drying the soaked coarse-grain ceramic blank, and carrying out low-temperature heat treatment. The method for forming the fine-grain ceramicwrapping layer is high in speed, good in effect and easy to popularize and use.
本发明提供的复合陶瓷滤波器,包括粗晶粒陶瓷胚体和包裹在粗晶粒陶瓷胚体表面的细晶粒陶瓷包裹层,通过使细晶粒陶瓷包裹层的晶粒尺寸小于0.2μm,能够降低复合陶瓷滤波器表面的晶粒尺寸,从而增大其介电常数,由于细晶粒陶瓷包裹层的存在,还能够提升复合陶瓷滤波器表面的致密性,并降低其表面粗糙度;本发明还提供上述复合陶瓷滤波器的制备方法,该方法先制备粗晶粒陶瓷胚体及纳米制程溶液,再将粗晶粒陶瓷胚体浸泡在纳米制程溶液中,使粗晶粒陶瓷胚体的表面被纳米制程溶液完全覆盖,再将浸泡后的粗晶粒陶瓷胚体捞起烘干,经低温热处理后,得到所述复合陶瓷滤波器,该方法形成细晶粒陶瓷包裹层的速度快、效果好、易于推广使用。
