Wear-resistant ceramic bowl and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a wear-resistant ceramic bowl and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant ceramic bowl is made of the following raw materials in weight part: 23-37 parts of corundum, 18-29 parts of perlite tailings, 15-25 parts of bauxitic clay, 13-22 parts of bentonite, 9-16 parts of natural oilstones, 16-24 parts of calcite, 5-10 parts of chromium carbide, 8-12 parts of zirconium nitride, 5-10 parts of anhydrous sodium silicate, 3-6 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-4 parts of diacetyl tartaric acid monoglyceride/diglyceride, 4.5-6.5 parts of hydroxypropyl guar gum, and 5-8 parts of nano-antibacterial powders. According to the invention, the corundum and the natural oilstones are compounded with the perlite tailings, the calcite, the bauxite and other minerals. In this way, the obtained ceramic bowl is not only high in strength and hardness, but also excellent in oxidation resistance, high-temperature resistance and wear resistance. At the same time, due to the arrangement of the chromium carbide and the zirconium nitride, the thermal stability, the corrosion resistance and the wear resistance of the ceramic bowl are significantly improved. The ceramic bowl is high in strength, durable, not easy to crack, resistant to high temperature, wear-resistant, oxidation-resistant, corrosion-resistant and long in service life.
