Forsterite refractory brick
The invention discloses a forsterite refractory brick and relates to the technical field of refractory material manufacture. The forsterite refractory brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of olivine sand, 15-25 parts of magnesium carbonate, 15-20 parts of magnesium oxide and 10-15 parts of paper pulp; the forsterite refractory brick is prepared by virtue of the steps of batching, mixing, blank forming, drying and firing. Compared with the prior art, the forsterite refractory brick is high in refractoriness under load, does not shrink at a high temperature and is good in thermal stability; the forsterite refractory brick is used as a lining material of a forging heating furnace and a cement kiln, and can be prevented from crack damage due to shrinkage at a high temperature; as a result, the service life of the linings of the forging heating furnace and the cement kiln can be prolonged.
