Method for producing carbon-free spinel bricks used for ladles and jar opening parts through waste spinel bricks
The invention discloses a method for producing carbon-free spinel bricks used for ladles and jar opening parts through waste spinel bricks. The carbon-free spinel bricks are formed in a pressing mode with the waste spinel bricks being main ingredients and the following auxiliary ingredients. The carbon-free spinel bricks are composed of 65-80 parts of waste spinel brick particles, 12-25 parts of waste spinel brick powder and 11-26 parts of the auxiliary ingredients composed of clay, brown fused alumina, binders and the like. The waste spinel bricks which are low in price are adopted as the main raw materials, cost is low, and the manufacturing cost of the carbon-free spinel bricks is far lower than that of AlSiC carbon bricks, AlSiC bricks and the like used for normal liners, meanwhile, the using performance of the pressed finished product carbon-free spinel bricks is basically the same as that of bricks used for the conventional ladle (jar) liners, and the using requirements of the ladles (jars) can be totally met. The carbon-free spinel bricks produced through the method can be well combined with castable and can be sintered easily, the phenomenon that because the AlSiC carbon bricks and other conventional refractory bricks including carbon cannot be well combined with common castable, the bricks fall and materials fall is avoided, and the effects of saving materials and guaranteeing safety are really achieved.
