Multistrand finished cable type anchorage prestress anchor device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a multistrand finished cable type anchorage prestress anchor device. The multistrand finished cable type anchorage prestress anchor device comprises a prestress concrete anchorage portion and a main cable strand connecting portion. The prestress concrete anchorage portion comprises a built-in component pre-embedded concrete, an anchorage cable strand and a nut component. The anchorage cable strand is a finished cable which is manufactured in a factory. A built-in pipe of the built-in component is free from anti-rot materials. The anchorage cable strand has n strands of finished cables. N anchor holes used for anchoring the finished cable are formed in a connector. The n strands of finished cables penetrate through the connector and a support plate respectively. The two ends are anchored to the connector or the support plate through a spherical nut and a spherical washer respectively. Effective load of the n-1 strands of finished cables must be greater than a design load of the anchored main cable strand, and n is an integer which is greater than two. The multistrand finished cable type anchorage prestress anchor device has the advantages that anchoring is reliable, the anti-rot property is excellent, installation construction and normal detection are simple and convenient, and a single strand of anchor cable can be changed under the condition that the normal operation of a major bridge is not influenced.
