The prestress anchor cable tension-compensable anchor sealing structure comprises a slope protection pile, a protection shield, an angle plate and an anchor device; a round plate is arranged on the outer side wall of the slope protection pile; the round plate is detachably connected to the slope protection pile; a round barrel is arranged on the upper surface of the round plate and is fixedly connected to the round plate; and a conveying pipe is arranged on the outer side wall of the round barrel in a penetration manner and is fixedly connected to the round barrel. The prestress anchor cable tension-compensable anchor sealing structure is simple in structure; rock mass creeping can be reduced; rock-soil stripping on the surface of a slope can be avoided; the service life of the device is prolonged;rain water can be accepted in the round barrel and can be conducted to other places through the conveying pipe; rain water entering cracks can be reduced; and further elongation of a steel strand is reduced, so that use of the device is facilitated.
