The invention relates to a rotary backfilling device for a motor-pumped well filling material. The device comprises a rotatable open gravel-filling cylinder, a rotary connection shaft, four square support tubes, horizontal support arms and rolling bearings. A drilling machine or a diesel engine is used for controlling a rotary device to rotate, blades for evenly distributing the filter material to a gravel-filling container are mounted in a gravel-filling device, the rotary device is arranged at the lower part of the gravel-filling device and moves circumferentially along the upper edge of a well tube, a filter material outlet adopts a strip-shaped arc structure and rotates around the outer wall of the well tube and a well hole by 360 degrees, and the periphery of the well tube is evenly filled with gravel.
