The invention relates to a heating insulation board. The heating insulation board comprises a first protection layer, a first bonding layer, and a foam composite board combined in sequence from top to bottom, the foam composite board is formed by the combination of an electrothermal film, a polyurethane foam layer, and a soft surface sheet material, and the lower side of the foam composite board is provided with a second bonding layer and a second protection layer. According to the heating insulation board, the installation is simple, the construction is safe, the operation cost is low, and the heating insulation board can be pasted on walls or laid on floors for indoor insulation.
