The floor heating insulation board is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of a foaming agent, 20-30 parts of an inorganic particle nucleating agent, 10-20 parts of graphene, 5-10 parts of a polyphenyl particle foaming material, 10-20 parts of an adhesive and 80-150 parts of cement, and the inorganic particle nucleating agent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-20 parts of talcum powder, 20-25 parts of calcium carbonate, 10-20 parts of nano silicon dioxide and 9-15 parts of nano clay. The foaming agent is selected from one or more of polystyrene, hydrogen peroxide, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate, azodicarbonamide or azodiisobutyronitrile. The talcum powder is used as an inorganic particle nucleating agent, foam nucleation of a cement matrix can be promoted, foam stability is effectively controlled, the compressive strength of the insulation board is improved, and meanwhile the comprehensive performance of the insulation board can be further remarkably improved through ingenious cooperation between the talcum powder and graphene.
