The invention relates to a lead core recycled tire shock insulation cushion. The lead core recycled tire shock insulation cushion is characterized in that the sidewall of a recycled tire is cut out, a crown (1) is cut to be in the shape of a rectangle or a circle, multiple layers of the crowns (1) are overlapped to form the recycled tire shock insulation cushion (2), holes are dug in the recycled tire shock insulation cushion (2), a certain number of lead cores (3) with smaller diameters are pressed into the holes, the upper portion and the lower portion of the recycled tire shock insulation cushion (2) are each reliably connected with a steel plate (5) through bolt holes, and the steel plates (5) on the upper portion and the lower portion are reliably and fixedly connected with an upper portion structure and a lower portion structure respectively through bolts (6).
