The invention relates to waterproof flooring. The flooring is composed of a bamboo scrap density board, a moisture-proof layer, a front board and a back board, the bamboo scrap density board is formed by superposing multiple single density boards, resin glue is used for bonding the single density boards, the upper layer of the composite board is formed by hot pressing and bonding the front board, the moisture-proof layer and the upper end face of the bamboo scrap density board, and the lower layer of the bamboo scrap density board is formed by hot pressing and bonding the lower end face of the density board, the moisture-proof layer and the back board. According to the waterproof composite bamboo flooring, the process is simple, the moisture-proof layer is added on the basis of the original production process, the cost is made to be lower, by means of the bamboo scrap density board, the water content of the density board can be effectively reduced, the density board is durable in use and not prone to deformation, the aestheticism and quality in the long-term use are guaranteed, and compared with a common composite board, the service life of the waterproof composite bamboo flooring is prolonged by from three to five years in the practical application.
