High-frequency concrete vibration system and high-frequency vibration control device
The invention discloses a high-frequency concrete vibration system which comprises a vibration worktable, a vibration device and a high-frequency vibration control device. Vibrators can work under the control of the high-frequency vibration control device; the high-frequency vibration control device is a remotely controllable control device with vibration parameter adjusting functions and PLC (programmable logic control) technologies. The high-frequency vibration control device is correlated to vibration time according to the height of concrete slump, the corresponding vibrators under high concrete slump conditions are short in vibration time under the control of the high-frequency vibration control device, and the corresponding vibrators under low concrete slump conditions are long in vibration time under the control of the high-frequency vibration control device. The high-frequency concrete vibration system has the advantages that the slump and vibration frequencies are selected, so that the vibrators can be controlled, the compactness of concrete can be enhanced, pores and bubble can be reduced, and human experience operation and naked-eye observation operation modes can be changed.
