The invention discloses a greening facility and a multi-layered building. The greening facility comprises a water storage pool formed on a floor and a soil layer for plantation on the upper part of the water storage pool, wherein the water storage pool and the floor are cast together via cement; the inner wall of the water storage pool is provided with a waterproof layer; a bearing layer supporting the soil layer is arranged between the soil layer and the water storage pool; and the bearing layer is provided with a plurality of water seepage holes, so water in the soil layer can infiltrate into the water storage pool and water in the water storage pool can be steamed to the soil layer. The greening facility is to solve a technical problem of deficiencies of few potting plant numbers and frequent care; and the greening facility capable of storing water and maintaining long term moisture and a multi-layered building having the greening facility are provided.
