The invention discloses a production method of a non-surplus-slurry and non-autoclaved prestressed concrete pipe pile, which comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials, performing material distribution, die assembly and tensioning treatment, performing low speed, low medium speed, medium speed and high speed centrifugation sequentially, and performing normal temperature steam curing, wherein in the step of preparing the raw materials, the raw materials consist of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 380-420 parts of cement, 80-120 parts of pulverized fuel ash, 650-790 parts of sand, 130-160 parts of water, 1050-1200 parts of gravel, 8-15 parts of novel polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 5-20 parts of excitant; in the step of the low speed centrifugation, a rotating speed is 70-75r/min and the time is 3-5min; in the step of the low medium speed centrifugation, the rotating speed is 120-140r/min and the time is 1.5-2.5min; in the step of the medium speed centrifugation, the rotating speed is set as 230-250r/min; in the step of the high speed centrifugation, the rotating speed is set as 450-550r/min; and the step of normal temperature steam curing comprises three stages, namely the heating stage, the constant temperature stage and the cooling stage. The production method can reduce the quantity of surplus slurry greatly, so that energy conservation and environmental protection are facilitated; the energy conservation and emission reduction are further realized only by an atmospheric pressure steam curing process; and the production method does not require solid microbead raw materials, so that the cost of the non-autoclaved prestressed concrete pipe pile is lowered greatly.
