The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel mortar concrete water-proof agent. The preparation method of the novel mortar concrete water-proof agent comprises the steps that straw powder, alum, potassium dichromate and gelatin are treated in water and then react with coal ash and a water reducing agent; finally, a reaction product is mixed with silica fume and an air entraining agent, and then the novel mortar concrete water-proof agent is prepared and obtained. Compared with the prior art, the novel mortar concrete water-proof agent prepared according to the preparation method has a quite good actual use effect and can remarkably improve the waterproof performance of mortar concrete and the durability of the mortar concrete and prolong the service life of the mortar concrete.
