Wide-temperature high-initial permeability soft-magnetic ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a wide-temperature high-initial permeability soft-magnetic ferrite material and a preparation method thereof. The soft-magnetic ferrite material comprises Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO as main components and CaCO3, SnO2, Ta2O5, Bi2O3 and MoO3 as auxiliary components, and also comprises an adhesive, a dispersant and an antifoaming agent. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of sand milling, pre-drying, sand milling, granulation and sintering. The magnetic operating temperature range of the ferrite material is -40-85DEG C, and the initial permeability is greater than 2900[mu]i, so the magnetic working range of the ferrite material is greatly widened, and the ferrite material can still normally work in bad extraneous environment; and the magnetic material also has the advantages of large and stable magnetic permeability, large saturation magnetic flux density, low magnetic loss, loss reduction and working efficiency increase.
