Refractory material recycling technological process
The invention discloses a refractory material recycling method. The method includes the following steps of removing impurities attached to surfaces of recycled clay bricks through a mechanical grinding method, smashing the recycled clay bricks through a jaw crusher and a roll crusher, sorting out impurities, conducting deironing through magnetic separation to obtain particle materials, and preparing and mixing waste burnt clay brick particle materials, petrol coke powder, cement CA-50, alumina powder, fine silica powder and barite. Through the method, high-quality high-aluminum castable can be recycled.
