The shock resistant and breaking-proof ceramic ware is prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 35-45 of black aciculite, 24-36 of limestone, 14-28 of pine sawdust, 12-24 of rhodonite, 10-15 of anorthite, 9-18 of chrome corundum, 5-10 of zirconium disilicide, 4-8 of powdered sugar, 3-6 of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 8-12 of calcium magnesium silicate whisker, 4-8 of rice chaff, 5-7 of nano-boron fiber, and 7-11 of nano-antibacterial powder. According to the invention, by reasonable selection of the raw material formula and adding of the right amounts of chrome corundum, zirconium disilicide, calcium magnesium silicate whisker, nano-boron fiber and other raw materials as the reinforcing agent, the strength and toughness of ceramic tile can be improved, the shock resistant and breaking-proof properties are ensured, and the high temperature resistance and wear resistance of the ceramic ware can also be improved. The ceramic ware prepared by the method provided by the invention has stable performance, is shock resistant and breaking-proof, and has use convenience and wide adaptability.
