Calcium carbonate resin material and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a calcium carbonate resin material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 62-70 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 17-24 parts of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) standard substance and 3-11 parts of impact-resistance modifier. The particle size of the calcium carbonate powder is 400 meshes or above. The calcium carbonate resin material provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, high quality, impact resistance, surface abrasion resistance and high flame retardancy, and can well substitute the existing materials.
