The invention provides a method for solving the road traffic problem at crossroads, which is a scheme for erecting viaducts or arranging road tunnels. A problem of waiting at the crossroads is mainly solved. The main structure is that a viaduct is erected on one road at one crossroad which is formed by two intersected roads. The viaducts are erected on the two sides of the other road at the crossroad so that vehicles in the left lane may enter the right lane. With such a scheme, vehicles from each direction can directly turn right, go straight, turn left and turn around for 180 degrees without waiting. The method for solving the road traffic problem at the crossroads, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that the area can be reduced, the cost is lower and the vehicles can run in a more efficient and smoother way.
