Marine concrete crack repairing method based on composite salt electrochemical deposition
Disclosed is a marine concrete crack repairing method based on composite salt electrochemical deposition. According to the method, a rebar in a concrete crack serves as the cathode, a stainless steel mesh serves as the auxiliary anode, the stainless steel mesh is placed in water near concrete, a magnesium salt solution and a zinc salt solution are compounded to serve as an electro-deposition solution, the electro-deposition solution is then poured into water near the concrete crack, the cathode and the anode are electrified through a direct-current stabilized power supply, and then the concrete crack is repaired through electrochemical deposition. The method is suitable for maintenance of concrete work in a seawater environment and also suitable for concrete structures for which a traditional repairing technique is ineffective and repairing cost is too high. According to the method for repairing the concrete crack based on electrochemical composite deposition, magnesium ions in seawater serve as the raw material of salt deposits adopted, the stainless steel mesh electrode cheaper but more effective than a titanium electrode is adopted, repairing process is simple, operation is easy, and great advantages are obtained in actual application.
