The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater concrete repairing, and particularly relates to an underwater concrete crack composite repairing method which comprises the steps that S1, an anode piece is arranged in a concrete crack, a cathode piece is installed on one side of concrete, and an opening of the crack is covered with the cathode piece; s2, conductive and curable slurry is poured into the crack until the slurry in the crack makes contact with the anode piece and the cathode piece, the anode piece and the cathode piece are connected with a power source, a loop is formed among the power source, the anode piece, the slurry and the cathode piece, an electro-deposition product is generated in the crack, the crack is jointly filled with the electro-deposition product and the cured slurry, and the crack is formed; according to the composite repairing method, the cracks are repaired, under the condition that secondary damage to a concrete structure is avoided, the compactness degree of a repairing area is improved, the repairing effect is improved, and meanwhile the composite repairing method can be better suitable for repairing complex cracks such as wide and shallow cracks and micro-deep cracks.
本发明属于水下混凝土修复的技术领域,具体是涉及到一种水下混凝土裂缝的复合修复方法,包括:S1、将阳极件设置在混凝土的裂缝中,在混凝土一侧安装阴极件,并使阴极件覆盖所述裂缝的开口;S2、在裂缝内灌入具有导电性且可固化的浆液,直至裂缝中的浆液与阳极件及阴极件接触,将阳极件、阴极件与电源连接,使电源与阳极件、浆液、阴极件之间形成回路,裂缝中生成电沉积产物,电沉积产物与固化后的浆液共同填充裂缝,对裂缝进行修复,在避免对混凝土结构造成二次伤害的情况下,提高修复区域的密实程度,提高修复的效果,同时该复合修复方法能够更好适用于如宽浅裂缝及微深裂缝共存的复杂裂缝的修复。
