Foundation pit waist beam steel pipe tape support-changing construction method
The invention relates to a foundation pit waist beam steel pipe tape support-changing construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a formwork is erected on a ground floor slab, a post-cast strip is reserved, a steel pipe 500 with the diameter phi being 48 mm and the wall thickness being 3.5 mm is embedded along the post-cast strip, and the two ends are anchored into floorslabs on the two sides of the post-cast strip by 250 mm; 2, ground floor slab concrete is poured; 3, when the ground floor slab concrete reaches the 80% strength, a waist beam is disassembled by adopting static blasting or manual removal. By the adoption of the method, support changing is performed on horizontal stress after the inner supporting waist beam is disassembled, safety of the foundation pit and normal construction of a basement are ensured, the construction period is much shorter than that of a concrete beam type or full-panel type, joint project limit is achieved on schedule, meanwhile, the material cost and consumption are greatly lowered, and obvious economic benefits are obtained; the steel pipe consumes few materials, the technology is simple and convenient to implement, the cost is low, and the cost is 10% lower than that of other structural steel; the cost of the steel pipe tape support-changing is 10% lower than that of full-panel type support-changing, and according to comprehensive comparison, the total support-changing cost is lowered by 20%.
