The invention discloses a bolt-fixed type bucket wear-resisting plate structure. The structure comprises a main cutter plate, a wear-resisting plate and a bolt, multiple clamping grooves are formed in the plate surface at one side of the main cutter plate, the clamping grooves are evenly distributed in the width direction of the main cutter plate and extend in the length direction of the main cutter plate, threaded holes penetrating through all the clamping grooves are formed in the main cutter plate, end openings of the threaded holes are located on one end face of the main cutter plate, two clamping strips are arranged on the plate surface at one side of the wear-resisting plate, the clamping strips are distributed in the width direction of the wear-resisting plate and extend in the length direction of the wear-resisting plate, the distance between the two clamping strips corresponds to that between the two adjacent clamping grooves, the clamping strips are matched with the clamping grooves, through holes are formed in the clamping strips respectively, the through holes correspond to the threaded holes in position, the bolt is matched with the threaded holes, and an electromagnetic structure is arranged on the wear-resisting plate. By means of the bolt-fixed type bucket wear-resisting plate structure, the relative positions of the wear-resisting plate and the main cutter plate can be adjusted, the wear-resisting plate can be utilized to the maximum extent, and the production cost is reduced.
