The invention discloses an electromagnetic connecting type bucket wear-resisting plate structure which comprises a main cutter plate and a wear-resisting plate. A plurality of inserting grooves linearly distributed in the width direction of the main cutter plate in an equally-spaced manner are formed in the plate face of one side of the main cutter plate. A plurality of inserting heads linearly distributed in the width direction of the wear-resisting plate in an equally-spaced manner are formed in the plate face of one side of the wear-resisting plate. The distance between the adjacent inserting heads corresponds to that between the adjacent inserting grooves. An electromagnetization structure and a power source are arranged on the plate face of the other side of the wear-resisting plate. The main cutter plate and the wear-resisting plate are iron plates. The relative positions of the wear-resisting plate and the main cutter plate can be adjusted, the wear-resisting plate is utilized to the maximum degree, and the production cost is lowered.
