Anti-reverse-rotation control method for excavator slewing mechanism
The invention discloses an anti-reverse-rotation control method for an excavator slewing mechanism. The method includes the steps that a sensor device arranged on the excavator slewing mechanism detects the parameters of the slewing mechanism; the detected parameters are calculated to determine the proper time of revere rotation braking of an excavator, and a control signal is output; the control signal controls an oil inlet and outlet throttling valve of a hydraulic motor to be opened in due time. According to the method, through the sensor technology and logical operation, the proper time of revere rotation braking of the excavator is determined, the control signal is output, then the throttling valve is opened in due time, an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the hydraulic motor are communicated, swinging of a slewing platform is avoided, and braking stability of the platform is improved.
